—One year ago, the newly created BISON consortium (including MyForce, Phonexia, Telefonica I+D & Móviles, University of Bologna, Brno University of Technology, Ebos and ComCzech) was granted funding by the EU under the Horizon 2020 programme.
Goal of this project is to bring significant innovation to the customer contact sector by integrating contact center technology with speech processing- and data mining technology. In other words: Big Data extracted from phone conversations. As a result, a lot of attention also goes into creating a software solution that is compliant with new challenges regarding big data, and anonymization of private data.
We are presenting the BISON project at the European Data Forum 2015, taking place on November 16-17 in Luxembourg.
